By creating an account or using DineContent you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

DineContent provides AI-generated marketing content for restaurants. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate — please review before publishing.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use DineContent to generate misleading claims, false advertising, or content that violates third-party rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

5. Content ownership

You own the content you upload and the content you generate using DineContent. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions & cancellation

Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DineContent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes by email.
