We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email, restaurant name), content you upload (food images, descriptions), and basic usage data (which features you use, how often).
To operate the service, generate AI content for you, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not train our AI models on your content.
Your uploaded images and prompts are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not retain images longer than necessary to complete the request.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
We use minimal first-party cookies for authentication and PostHog analytics for product improvement. You can opt out anytime.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@dinecontent.ai.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. For GDPR and CCPA requests, contact hello@dinecontent.ai.
